Assistant Store Manager
The goal of this role is to keep the retail store running in a well-organized and profitable manner, providing an exceptional shopping experience to build store loyalty and maintaining all store operations and goals.

Min. Experience: Retail Sales – 2 Years, Management Experience (Preferred)

Job Requirements
- Drive sales to meet monthly goals
- Represent the company in a positive manner
- Understand and adhere to company policies
- Assist in organizing, planning and implementing store strategies
- Coordinate retail operations and delegate daily responsibilities in the store
- Perform daily walkthroughs for store inventory and visual evaluation
- Ensure representation of company visual standards and replenishment
- Maintain an aesthetically pleasing store environment
- Receive and process inventory to prepare for sales floor
- Lead by example working with customers to promoting sales and build brand loyalty
- Create store schedules and ensure objectives are met by employees
- Assist in the recruitment and scheduling of sales team members
- Provide education and training for your sales staff to maximize store performance
- Ensure all store tasks are completed by associates in a timely manner
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a high-quality retail or boutique environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma / GED required
- Management experience preferred
- Demonstrates leadership and ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet the goals of the store
- Proficient technology skills
- Knowledge of social media and marketing
- Understanding of company culture and overall mission
