The goal of this role is to keep the retail store running in a well-organized and profitable manner, providing an exceptional shopping experience to build store loyalty and maintaining all store operations and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Drive sales to meet monthly goals
  • Represent the company in a positive manner
  • Understand and adhere to company policies
  • Assist in organizing, planning and implementing store strategies
  • Coordinate retail operations and delegate daily responsibilities in the store
  • Perform daily walkthroughs for store inventory and visual evaluation
  • Ensure representation of company visual standards and replenishment
  • Maintain an aesthetically pleasing store environment
  • Receive and process inventory to prepare for sales floor
  • Lead by example working with customers to promoting sales and build brand loyalty
  • Create store schedules and ensure objectives are met by employees
  • Assist in the recruitment and scheduling of sales team members
  • Provide education and training for your sales staff to maximize store performance
  • Ensure all store tasks are completed by associates in a timely manner
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in a high-quality retail or boutique environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma / GED required
  • Management experience preferred
  • Demonstrates leadership and ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet the goals of the store
  • Proficient technology skills
  • Knowledge of social media and marketing
  • Understanding of company culture and overall mission
