Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A shipping notification along with a tracking number will be emailed to the account on file as soon as the the order is shipped. Once an order has been successfully picked up by USPS EVER ROW is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim using the tracking number for your order.
For any regular price item, we accept returns for exchange or store credit within fourteen (14) days of when the order was received. We do not offer refunds for items purchased in-store or online. We do not do price adjustments. Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable.
Items must be in their original unworn, undamaged and unused condition with original tags attached. All Accessories, Gifts, Jewelry and Intimates are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return. Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for return.
Package your item(s) in the original packaging along with the return form and mail to the address below. EVER ROW is not responsible for items lost in transit.

An exchange or store credit will be issued once we have received the item(s). Any items that do not meet the requirements will be returned with an additional shipping charge or 20% restocking fee. For exchanges, we recommend you contact us to place the exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we wait for your package. Please call or email us with the order number, item and size you would like on hold.
