Shipping Policy 

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and are shipped via USPS. A shipping notification along with a tracking number, if available, will be emailed to the account on file as soon as the order is shipped. Once an order has been successfully picked up by USPS, EVER ROW is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim using the tracking number for your order. Orders returned to us by USPS, due to address error, will be charged a shipping fee to resend. 

Return Policy

We accept returns for exchange or store credit, for any regular price item, within fourteen (14) days of when the order was received. We do not issue refunds to your original payment for items purchased in-store or online. We do not do price adjustments. Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable. 

Items must be in their original unworn, undamaged, unused and unwashed condition with original tags attached. Damages for online orders must be reported within two (2) days of receipt. All Accessories, Face Masks, Gifts, Jewelry, Intimates, Bodysuits, and Swim are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return. Items purchased with store credit are NOT eligible for return. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and expire twelve (12) months after purchase. 

To Make A Return

You have two options to return or exchange your items – in-store or mail.

Bring the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to one of our retail locations with a copy of your receipt. For exchanges, please call with the order number, item and size you would like on hold to ensure it is available prior to returning in person.

Package your item(s) in the original packaging along with the packing slip and mail to the address below. Ever Row is not responsible for items lost in transit.

An exchange or store credit (via Gift Card) will be issued once we have received the item(s). This does not include the shipping cost for the return. An email confirmation will be sent with exchange or store credit details. For exchanges, we recommend you contact us to place the exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we wait for your package. Please call or email us with the order number, item and size you would like on hold.
