Order Support
Once sold out, we offer the option to purchase our best-selling items on pre-order! See product page for estimated ship time as products will differ. Note payment is charged immediately for pre-order items. A tracking number will be emailed to the account on file your order has been processed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card payments and Ever Row Gift Cards. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Amazon Pay options are also available. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
We work as quickly as possible to get your order out. Please note a majority of our items with patches are made to order and may take up to 10 business days to fulfill. Expedited shipping comes into effect after your order is complete and does not expedite processing time. All buttons, jewelry and stickers typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure every order was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out immediately for confirmation to ensure that delays are minimal.
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes as we work to deliver your item(s) as quickly as possible. We encourage all customers to confirm all information before submitting an order.
If you need to make a change to the shipping address your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once tracking information has been received we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via USPS based on delivery preference at checkout. A shipping notification along with a tracking number will be emailed to the account on file. Once an order has been successfully picked up by USPS, Ever Row is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim using the tracking number for your order.

All items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return. Our items are made to order and are unable to be returned or exchanged. We encourage all customers to confirm order items before submitting.
