Please call us at 803-939-6876 to confirm item availability at a specific store. Stock varies based on location but we can transfer items between locations by customer request.
If you are interested in an item or size that is out of stock, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee availabilithy, we occasionally restock best sellers and have items available for pre-order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card payments and Ever Row Gift Cards. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure every order was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out immediately for confirmation to ensure that the delays are minimal.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed we are unable to make any changes.
To purchase an item(s) online and pickup at one of our store locations, select the in-store pickup preferred location option at checkout. In-store pickup requires a minimum of 4 business days to process and ship. This is to allow our team to process your order, grab your item(s) and transfer to the preferred store. You will receive a phone call from the store once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a copy of your receipt to pick up the item(s).
All orders are shipped via USPS based on delivery preference at checkout. A shipping notification along with a tracking number, if available, will be emailed to the account on file. We offer free standard shipping for all US orders over $75, automatically applied at checkout. Once an order has been successfully picked up by USPS, Ever Row is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim using the tracking number for your order.
Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you selected a trackable shipping option, a tracking number will be emailed to the account on file. Orders can also be tracked by logging into your Ever Row account and selecting the order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange or store credit, for any regular price item, within fourteen (14) days of when the order was received. We do not offer refunds for items purchased in-store or online. We do not do price adjustments. Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable.
Items must be in their original unworn, undamaged, and unused condition with original tags attached. Damages for online orders must be reported within two (2) days of receipt. All Accessories, Gifts, Jewelry, Intimates, Bodysuits, and Swim are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return. Items purchased with store credit are NOT eligible for return. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and expire twelve (12) months after purchase.
You have two options to return or exchange your items – in-store or mail.
In-Store Bring the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to one of our retail locations with a copy of your receipt. For exchanges, please call with the order number, item and size you would like on hold to ensure it is available prior to returning in person.
Mail Package your item(s) in the original packaging along with the return form and mail to the address below. Ever Row is not responsible for items lost in transit.

An exchange or return credit will be issued once we have received the item(s). This does not include the shipping cost for the return. An email confirmation will be sent with exchange or return credit details.
For exchanges, we recommend you contact us to place the exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we wait for your package. Please call or email us with the order number, item and size you would like on hold.
Return credit is issued via Gift Card and expire within twelve (12) months. Credit can be redeemed in store or online by entering the unique code at checkout. Items purchased with store credit are NOT eligible for return.
